This policy explains what data TestForge AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and any display name you provide. As you use TestForge AI we store your uploaded study material (temporarily for generation), generated tests, answers, scores, study plans, weak topics, AI tutor messages, and progress events.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to generate tests and study plans, track your progress, enforce Free and Pro plan limits, sync your history across devices, and improve the quality of AI-generated content. We do not sell your personal data or study content to third parties.

3. Account-based data and device sessions

All study data is tied to your account and stored server-side. TestForge AI enforces a one-active-device session limit: signing in on a new device invalidates the previous session. This protects your account and keeps Pro subscription status tied to you, not a specific device.

4. Payments

TestForge Pro costs ₹99/month. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers. Razorpay shares only the information required to verify the payment, activate your Pro plan, and manage renewals or cancellations.

5. FutureSelf™ disclaimer

FutureSelf™ projections are generated from your past test performance and study pace. They are estimates intended as motivational guidance and are not guarantees of future exam scores or outcomes.
